Somercotes bungalow in large garden

This attractive and comfortable detached bungalow is surrounded by a large lawned garden (0.5 acres). It is situated in a quiet lane close to the edge of Sutterton village, between Boston and Spalding in South Lincolnshire. It provides a peaceful base for a relaxing country holiday. Please note that non-smokers are preferred. The bungalow is regularly inspected by the English Tourist Board, and has a "3 STARS" Classification. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, sitting room (with colour TV and video), bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It is fully double glazed and cavity wall insulated. There are fitted carpets throughout. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two 3' single beds. An automatic washing machine, fridge -freezer, microwave and a full size cooker are fitted. The kitchen is fully equipped for four people. Heating is by electric fires and background night-store electric heating. A telephone is installed for incoming calls only (01205 460243) and a cot, high-chair and play-pen are available on request. There is a large gravelled driveway with ample parking for several cars.

The rent includes the provision of all bed-linen (duvets), but not towels or tea towels. We ask that the property is left clean and tidy, in the same state as it was found, at the end of the tenancy. For longer winter lets electricity is charged by meter reading, (when the bills are received by the owners during the tenancy and again by meter reading at the end of the tenancy). The units used are charged to the tenant at the same rate as billed by the local electricity board, but the owners pay the quarterly standing charge.
